If “work” is the process of adding value, what happens when machines take over an increasing number of tasks in the future? How will the ways that we add value change? Will our lives be more balanced?
In May 2019, we gathered 75 people together to imagine a world where our professional lives have radically changed and used foresight techniques to rethink what “work” is and the role it has in our lives. In doing so, we were able to leave with a better understanding of what is driving change and then shift to “living in 2040” to explore how these implications will change the way we live, work, and play.
We summarized the outcomes in a two page place mat, please click below to download the full event PDF.
