Possesses working knowledge and provides customized business focused analysis and support to create value and improve business strategy, internal processes, and program/project performance. Supports and contributes to complex qualitative and quantitative studies, research and analysis to evaluate, integrate or improve program/project productivity through the formulation of conclusions and recommendations. Supports development of business plans, policies, and procedural documentation and other deliverables in support of executing decisions. Assists with devising and implementing performance measures and related processes and systems. Areas of expertise may include: business process reengineering, performance management, statistical process control, individual and organizational assessment and evaluation, process modeling and simulation, strategic and business planning, change management, and organizational development.
Responsibilities:Utilize experience in System Engineering Life Cycle related efforts to support the testing and fielding of mobile technology solutions to field personnel as well and software based applications. Plan and perform high level analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex solutions over the system life-cycle. Issues such as reliability, logistics, coordination, requirements management, evaluation measures, and other disciplines may be involved. Work may include assessment of work-processes, optimization methods, and risk-management tools. Must overlap technical and human-centered disciplines such as control engineering, industrial engineering, organizational studies, and project management. Ensure that all likely aspects of a project or system are considered and integrated into a whole.
