Before joining Toffler Associates, Maria was a managing director at North Highland, overseeing media, entertainment, and communications industry. As the division president, she led the Data Analytics and Sparks Grove groups and directly contributed to the profitability and growth of the businesses. She was the executive advisor to the Managing Services division during its U.S. expansion and led the development of the Washington office. Her prior experience includes management consulting with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Ernst & Young, as well as roles at AllConnect and Litton

Dave brings an approach to managing transformational change through strategic foresight, design, and risk management. He brings a future-focused approach to develop an understanding of the key drivers that will impact organizations. In addition, he builds stakeholder consensus for the strategic efforts necessary to produce lasting value. He engages with clients to find answers that will empower leaders to FutureProof® their businesses and thrive in an uncertain environment. He is a catalyst for positive change and a creative leader who makes an investment in others success.
Dave recognizes the powerful influence of society and community involvement in solving the challenges of tomorrow. He has demonstrated this through his leadership in the Army National Guard for his 18 years of service to his community and Nation completing combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is currently assigned as a Brigade Operations Officer and an active member of the Chief, National Guard Bureau's Innovation Team (NGIT). In this role, Dave advises the Chief and his leadership team on key challenges facing the National Guard.
He earned a B.A. in Economics and Business from Virginia Military Institute and has completed the U.S. Army Intermediate Leaders Education at the Command and General Staff College as well as Harvard Business School Executive Education.

Eric came to Toffler Associates from Booz Allen Hamilton. He holds a B.A. from Princeton University, an M.S. in Business Administration and Management from Boston University, and an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University. In 2014, he was named a National Security Fellow at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies.

Hans specializes in strategic planning, risk management, resource management, and innovation policy. He helps organizations strengthen their ability to manage enterprise risk. Prior to joining Toffler Associates, Hans worked at SAIC, supporting arms control and complex operations initiatives for the Department of Defense. He has served as a Congressional staff member, worked with the Department of State, and was a Robert Bosch Foundation Fellow in Germany. Hans earned a B.A. with honors in History from Williams College and an M.A. in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Caitlin’s expertise in critical infrastructure security and resilience, including cybersecurity, makes her a uniquely valuable asset to clients navigating the complex operational challenges posed by our increasingly interconnected and interdependent global economy. Over the course of nearly two decades of developing physical and cyber risk management approaches, she has successfully advanced public-private partnerships that drive thought leadership, influence policy, and evolve industry practices to manage security and operational risks.
Prior to joining Toffler Associates, Caitlin served as Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection with the Department of Homeland Security under President Obama. She led the mission to protect critical infrastructure and redefined public-private risk management for emerging issues like complex mass attacks, electric grid security, cybersecurity, GPS resilience, and climate adaptation planning. Her experience also includes leading homeland security projects with several government agencies while at Booz Allen Hamilton and pioneering early warning cyber intelligence at iDefense (acquired by Verisign).
Caitlin earned a B.A. in public policy studies from the Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy at Duke University and a certificate in business strategy from The Aspen Institute.

Denise is an executive with over 20 years’ experience advising clients. Denise’s clients rely on her for her expertise and counsel on how to implement strategy and drive change that sticks across a diverse organization and workforce. Denise relies on her deep background in Corporate Strategy, Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management and Human Performance. Denise has worked in Government, Life Sciences, Non-Profit, Hospitality, Higher Education, and Aerospace and Defense. Denise has experience managing and guiding clients on projects that span large scale managed services, strategy development, and strategy implementation.
Denise’s early career included positions as an Aerospace Engineer, Ops Research Analyst, and a Program Manager. Denise’s projects included early design trades and ultimately Program Management of Training and Mission Planning for the for the Joint Strike Fighter, currently the F-35 Lightening II.
Denise has an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a BS in Engineering from Virginia Tech.
