As the division president, she led the Data Analytics and Sparks Grove groups and directly contributed to the profitability and growth of the businesses. She was the executive advisor to the Managing Services division during its U.S. expansion and led the development of the Washington office. Her prior experience includes management consulting with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Ernst & Young, as well as roles at AllConnect and Litton

Dave recognizes the powerful influence of society and community involvement in solving the challenges of tomorrow. He has demonstrated this through his leadership in the Army National Guard for his 18 years of service to his community and Nation completing combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is currently assigned as a Brigade Operations Officer and an active member of the Chief, National Guard Bureau's Innovation Team (NGIT). In this role, Dave advises the Chief and his leadership team on key challenges facing the National Guard.
He earned a B.A. in Economics and Business from Virginia Military Institute and has completed the U.S. Army Intermediate Leaders Education at the Command and General Staff College as well as Harvard Business School Executive Education.

Hans specializes in strategic planning, risk management, resource management, and innovation policy. He helps organizations strengthen their ability to manage enterprise risk. Prior to joining Toffler Associates, Hans worked at SAIC, supporting arms control and complex operations initiatives for the Department of Defense. He has served as a Congressional staff member, worked with the Department of State, and was a Robert Bosch Foundation Fellow in Germany. Hans earned a B.A. with honors in History from Williams College and an M.A. in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Dan has been assisting organizations identify, plan for, and capitalize on growth opportunities for over 30 years. He has been fortunate to have had an insider's perspective of industry disruption while working in the travel, telecommunications, retail, and consumer products industries. That experience has provided him insights into threat recognition, strategic response patterns, and organizational behaviors that either help or hinder adaptation to and thriving in new environments.
He spent the first dozen years of his career working in the airline and financial services industries where he focused on operational improvements and financial systems. In his 20-year management consulting career, Dan has concentrated on the customer-facing and growth side of organizations specializing in market and consumer analysis, strategic planning, product/service innovation, and operating model design. He now applies Toffler concepts and futures approaches to long-term strategy development.
He earned a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Nina is an experienced executive who guides other senior leaders in commercial and government sectors to better understand, prepare for, and manage transformational change. Using her unique perspectives, she regularly advises leaders on strategic foresight, business planning and change management. Nina has led organizations across government, hospitality, aerospace, telecommunications, utilities, and financial sectors as they plan for the future, mitigate risk, and pursue growth opportunities.
Before joining Toffler Associates, Nina held various positions with The Rolls-Royce Group and its operating companies. She has a deep background in corporate and commercial finance, working in Strategic Financial Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Alliances and Aircraft Financing.
Nina has an M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a B.S. in Finance from the Villanova School of Business at Villanova University.
Denise is an executive with over 20 years’ experience advising clients. Denise’s clients rely on her for her expertise and counsel on how to implement strategy and drive change that sticks across a diverse organization and workforce. Denise relies on her deep background in Corporate Strategy, Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management, and Human Performance. Denise has worked in Government, Life Sciences, Non-Profit, Hospitality, Higher Education, and Aerospace and Defense. Denise has experience managing and guiding clients on projects that span large scale managed services, strategy development, and strategy implementation.
Denise’s early career included positions as an Aerospace Engineer, Ops Research Analyst, and a Program Manager. Denise’s projects included early design trades and ultimately Program Management of Training and Mission Planning for the Joint Strike Fighter, currently the F-35 Lightning II.
Denise has an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a BS in Engineering from Virginia Tech.

From 2007 through 2018, she served as the firm’s CEO and has since contributed her experience and knowledge as a member of the board.
Through her work, she has guided notable organizations including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Marriott, U.S. Air Force, Baxter International, Bayer, Heinz, Microsoft, Koppers, PPG, DARPA, National Security Agency, Loral Space Systems, NASA, Qwest, Verizon, and Westinghouse.
Deborah’s empathetic and thought-provoking style helps readers spot patterns that signify future risks and opportunities.
